This 6-hour slow cooked MSA graded Northern Rivers beef shin, in a tomato, garlic, rosemary and red wine sauce is the perfect plate to indulge in! Served with roast pumpkin, mash potato and buttered beans topped with toasted almonds. Delish. Taste, Vote and win!
